What are your cancellation policies? Other than our Free Consultions, all appointments require an online booking fee to be paid to reserve this space. This is non- refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will mean we cannot use your booking fee against another appointment and you'll need to pay another booking fee to reschedule. If you cancel a free appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to offer you another free consultation and you will be required to pay a fee of £40 to reserve another. This WILL NOT be taken off of the treatment price as we need to cover our technicians time. Only 2 x reschedules are allowed on all appointments before we keep the booking fee, even if made within the cancellation policy. If you fail to show on the day, your appointment is still chargeable and your card will be charged the full price of your scheduled treatment. We send out multiple text and e-mail reminders along the way to give you plenty of chance to reschedule if necessary.

Do Permanent Makeup procedures hurt? Some skin-types can be more sensitive to the treatments and some women report it can be a little bit more sensitive during your time of the month. However, there are various methods and techniques that a technician can use to minimise any discomfort. So rest assured Kent Cosmedics will make you feel very comfortable during your treatment. If you are particularly sensitive to pain, you may want to talk to your pharmacist who will be able to advise you on a safe topical, local anaesthetic that you can use for permanent makeup and bring to the clinic to apply prior to your appointment.
How long should I expect the results of my treatment to last? There are various lifestyle factors that can affect the longevity of the results of your treatment including skin type, certain medications, skin care products etc. We usually recommend annual maintenance on your treatment, usually around 12-18 months but if you find yourself pencilling-in your makeup sooner, get in touch for a free consultation and we can assess whether you are ready for a top-up.
